Jessica Oliver, a proud native of Bedford County, discovered her passion for real estate at an early age. At just 19, she purchased her first home, realizing the financial benefits of owning versus renting. This pivotal moment sparked her love for real estate, which only deepened after selling her first home for a significant profit.

Jessica’s husband, Brett, also shares a deep-rooted passion for building. Growing up, he gained hands-on experience constructing homes with his family. While attending Liberty University, Brett began working in construction before transitioning to a career in equipment sales. Together, in 2010, Jessica and Brett built their first home—a project that ignited a shared dedication to creating beautiful, high-quality spaces. Since then, they have constructed several homes, always prioritizing custom finishes, exceptional craftsmanship, and attention to detail.

As a team, Jessica and Brett understand the importance of a home—it’s not only your largest investment but also your sanctuary at the end of the day.
